Revenue and Financial Accountant - Ref: MTRFA

An opportunity has arisen for a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/MIA/B.Accountancy Hons.) to assume responsibility for the Group’s revenue recognition function. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the ideal candidate is expected to have at least 2 years post-qualification experience in a finance or audit environment, be an able communicator with a good command of English, have an advanced knowledge of Excel, be proactive and able to deliver under pressure. Previous experience with deferred revenues and IT business models and with Miscrosoft Great Plains accounting system will also be considered an asset. Responsibilities in this role will include:

- All revenue accounting
- Validation and analysis of revenues streams
- Revenue forecasting
- Business units cost allocations
- Deferred revenue and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Other ad hoc reporting projects and financial duties

Accounts Receivable Clerk - Ref: MTARC

Reporting to the Credit Control Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be chasing outstanding monies from customers by telephone and email, posting cash receipts and other general accounting/office duties. To qualify, you should be highly organized, have a very good command of written and spoken English coupled with strong and confident telephone and communication skills. You must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft products. Candidates with an ‘O’ or ’A’ level in Accounts or with previous experience are preferable, although full training will be provided. This is a full-time post where you will also be required to work late shifts (12:00 to 20:30) two to three times a week.

Accounts Receivable Clerk - Ref: MTSOPC

GFI’s dynamic Sales Order Processing team requires a full-time Sales Order Processing Clerk with ability to work on 3 shift basis, Monday to Friday; 9:00-17:30; 12:00-20:30 or 16:00-00:30. You will be responsible for day to day order processing, you will deal with customers and GFI sales teams worldwide over the phone and by email as well as other general office duties. Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have an eye for detail and must be able to work under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.

Inside Sales Representatives - Ref: MTATISR

Forming part of GFI's Sales department, these full-time roles will be integral to the sales process of the organization. You will be responsible for establishing interest with key decision makers and securing appointments for our Sales team. To do this you will need to make targeted calls each day and maintain and track lead generation activity. To excel in this exciting new team you will need to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, have a professional customer focus and the proven ability to work in a team environment. Fluency in French or Dutch is also essential. Your enthusiasm and drive are more important to us than previous experience although candidates with customer service or call centre experience will be highly regarded.

Security Researcher - Ref: MTSR

As part of the GFI Security Research team within the Product Engineering Department, the post of Researcher involves a wide range of tasks, from prototyping the latest technologies to beef up our product base, creating information out of data and researching the latest vulnerability attacks, to packaging resulting definitions in a way to be used by the product base accordingly. It is an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance your existing information technology knowledge and skills while contributing to market-leading products sold worldwide.

To qualify for this role, you should have a keen interest in research and security as well as a deep-seated willingness to learn more. You should also have experience with Networks, Windows technologies and knowledge of scripting languages (VBS or Python preferred). Familiarity with additional operating systems such as Linux and MAC OS X will be considered an asset, as will hands on knowledge of C++ or C# or equivalent development languages.

Sales Executive - A/NZ Region - Ref: AUSE

Responsible for the over achievement of sales revenue targets through the sale of GFI license product to new and existing customers.  Responds to incoming calls and emails from customers with questions, requesting quotations and dealing with all issues as they arise. Proactively makes outbound sales calls to customers in the territory to drive (up sell/cross sell) new business license sales to new and existing customers as well as the distribution and management of GFI leads.  This is a key role in the Sales team and requires the energy and initiative to do whatever it takes to meet the customer expectations.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for assisting the sales team members, customers & partners with pre-sales questions, with the aim of winning & closing sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering technical training programs on GFI products, to resellers, distributors and staff throughout EMEA. A thorough knowledge of GFI products for our resellers and distributors is key to increasing sales. You will also need to have a high level of competency with software and operating systems, preferably in a Windows environment. The Sales Engineer will be Austria-based and requires extensive travel in the territory. Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills are required and a second European language highly desirable.

Software Testers - Ref: DDST

Working as part of the software development team and closely with the existing software testers, the role will involve: requirements analysis; participating in design meetings; designing and writing test plans and test cases; executing test plans and test cases; reporting and verifying defects and testing defect fixes on both new and existing products. The successful candidate must be highly skilled in the installation and configuration of Windows server and workstation operating systems and Windows based scripting. Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows mail servers, database servers, backup products and antivirus products would be beneficial as would any experience of unit test frameworks, automated testing and user interface testing, ideally using Selenium. The successful candidate must be able to prioritise and organise their workload, have an attention to detail and be highly skilled in all aspects of software testing including functional, regression and performance testing.  Attitude is very important to us. The successful candidate will be a positive, enthusiastic professional who is passionate about software testing, is willing to learn and wants to take ownership of their work to make a lasting impact on the business and the role their own. Software testing experience in a professional environment is desired. Experience of high-availability, high-volume applications and Agile Development would be beneficial. The successful candidate will ideally have an honours degree (or equivalent) in a software related discipline.

Software Developers - Ref: DDSD

The role will primarily be focused on adding new features to our existing products with the successful candidates being responsible for the specification, design and implementation of all aspects of this. The successful candidates will be highly skilled in Object Orientated Programming with in -depth knowledge of PHP or another comparable, dynamic language. Knowledge of Javascript, MySQL, Linux and C++ would be beneficial (SQL, HTML and CSS skills are expected). Attitude is very important to us. The successful candidates will be positive, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about software development with a constant desire to learn more and want to take ownership of their work to make a lasting impact on the development of the business and the role their own. Software development experience in a professional environment is desired.
