Inside Channel Account Manager – Ref: USICAM
The Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) is responsible for managing accounts within assigned territory by developing and implementing selling programs and proactive customer service policies. The position is responsible for managing all channel functions, including the recruitment, training, and overall development of assigned channel partners to support the sale of GFI Software products. Must have excellent organizational and personal skills and a superior knowledge of Microsoft Office. Minimum 2+ years prior experience in sales role required with demonstrated results in territory management. Previous software/technical/channel sales a plus. Prior experience with Salesforce.com preferred.

New Business Sales Executives – Ref: UKNBSE
Forming part of GFI's EMEA Sales Team, this role is responsible for the sale of GFI license product to new and existing customers within one ore more of the company’s Emerging Markets regions (which include Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa). This target-oriented position involves responding to incoming customer and partner calls/emails and handling queries, quotation requests and related issues; as well as making outbound calls to drive new business license sales to new and existing customers/partners.  Responsibilities also include the distribution and management of GFI leads. This is a key role that requires the energy and initiative to do whatever it takes to meet customer expectations. To apply, you must be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as a successful team member. Previous experience in high-tech sales - preferably software sales - is required; channel sales experience would be an asset. You should be able to speak and write fluent English; fluency in other languages, while not required, would be considered an asset.

New Business Sales Executive - Dutch-speaking – Ref: UKNBS
Forming part of GFI's EMEA sales team, this role is responsible for the sale of GFI license product to new and existing customers within the Benelux region.  This target-oriented position involves responding to incoming customer and partner calls/emails and handling queries, quotation requests and related issues; as well as making outbound calls to drive new business license sales to new and existing customers/partners.  Responsibilities also include the distribution and management of GFI leads. This is a key role that requires the energy and initiative to do whatever it takes to meet customer expectations. To apply, you should be able to speak and write fluent Dutch (preferably as a native speaker). You must be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as a successful team member. Previous experience in IT sales - preferably software sales - is required; channel sales experience would be an asset.

Technical Support Representative - German-speaking – Ref: UKTRS
You shall form part of GFI’s technical support team, assisting customers with any issues they may have with our products. You must enjoy helping people, and should be switched on and quick to learn new technologies. You will work with cutting edge technologies such as Windows 2000/2003/2008, mail servers, database engines, network security and firewalls, while offering high end technical support by phone and email. An MCP, experience in systems administration, and/or working experience in a Microsoft Windows Server System product environment will be considered assets. As the post involves communicating with people from all over the world, you should be fluent in spoken and written German and English. This is a full-time post.

Forming part of the Product Management Team and working closely with the Marketing Department, the Product Marketing Specialist is the global product champion for one or more GFI products: this role is the central point of contact both within the company as well as externally, for our worldwide partners and the media.
As product expert and evangelizer – with full knowledge of features, USPs, benefits, licensing formats, etc – the selected individual must also constantly keep abreast of the markets in which the products operate, competitor offerings, opportunities, partner performance, and the like. The role involves the creation of sales and marketing collateral (such as product presentations, white papers, training modules), coordinating and running product launch plans, and proposing tactics regarding product marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
To qualify for this challenging full-time post, you should have at least five years of experience in product marketing or product management. You should also be tech savvy and commercially aware, with strong presentation and writing skills. You must be outgoing, confident and personable, able to communicate clearly with external communities as well as within the company. Creative flair is a must. A background in the software industry would be considered an asset.

Webmaster – Ref: MTWM
Forming part of GFI’s Marketing Department, you will be responsible for the creation of web pages and performing day-to-day website maintenance. Other core responsibilities include converting GFI newsletters, mailshots and other texts in HTML format, liaising with the Artwork Team to obtain any images that might be required as well as integrating webpages with our forthcoming CMS system. Some programming in XML/XSLT (training will be provided on-the-job) might also be required. To qualify, you must be fluent in HTML at tag level and you should have previous experience in website development and maintenance, possibly on a multi-lingual site. While not essential, preference will be given to applicants who have experience with VBScript, SQL, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, Flash and Photoshop. This is a full-time post.

Web Marketing Assistant – Ref: MTWMA
Forming part of GFI’s online marketing team, you will conduct keyword research, website research, link building and other related activities. You will develop, execute and report on several online marketing campaigns that drive traffic growth and promote GFI as a leading security and messaging software provider in its field. You will also be involved in different online viral campaigns and social marketing projects. An affinity with the IT industry is required. Excellent written and verbal skills in English are a requirement of this position. Highly effective organizational, communication and computer skills are essential. Understanding of Windows networking, security and related fields will be considered an asset. While on-the-job training will be provided, knowledge of online marketing practices in general is a must. Online Advertising Specialist – Ref: MTOAS
Forming part of GFI’s Online Marketing Team, you will conduct, optimize and manage several online advertising campaigns, which drive qualified downloads and promote GFI as a leading security and messaging software provider in its field. You will be responsible for developing and launching new campaigns, as well as improving the performance of existing campaigns. You will ensure that online advertising campaigns are implemented in an accurate and timely manner, and you will also report on the performance of every campaign. An affinity with the IT industry is required. Excellent written and verbal skills in English are a requirement of this position. While on-the-job training will be provided, knowledge of online marketing practices in general is a must. An in-depth understanding of the industry in which GFI operates is not required, however, you would be expected to become conversant in the subject. This is a full-time post.

Pay Per Click Campaign Specialist – Ref: MTPPC
Forming part of GFI’s Online Marketing Team, you will manage and optimize GFI’s pay per click campaigns, in an effort to drive qualified downloads. You will be responsible for monitoring, reporting on and improving the performance of GFI’s pay per click campaigns running on Google AdWords and Yahoo! Search Marketing. You may be involved in other online marketing tasks including online banner advertising, link building projects, viral campaigns and social marketing projects. Excellent written and verbal skills in English are a requirement of this position. While on-the-job training will be provided, knowledge of online marketing practices in general is a must. An in-depth understanding of the industry in which GFI operates is not required, however, you would be expected to become conversant in the subject. This is a full-time post.

Windows C++ and C# programmer – Ref: MTWP
As part of GFI’s team of programmers, you will work with the latest tools and develop software for Microsoft server applications – including IIS, Windows 2003 and Exchange Server. Your work will involve developing cutting edge technologies, such as content filtering, anti-spam, email security, intrusion detection and more. Experience in C++ programming OR C# and .NET is a must. You must be able to work on projects independently. Knowledge of web development will be considered an asset. This is a full-time post.

Marketing / IT Copywriter – Ref: MTMC
Forming part of GFI’s marketing team, you will write feature articles, website copy, blog posts, case studies, white papers, occasional press releases and other marketing material as required. You will write material to be used in GFI’s online marketing initiatives including articles, forum posts and message board posts. This is a full-time role for an individual who loves to write, has excellent writing skills and is capable of producing copy with minimal supervision and editing. A qualification in IT is not a prerequisite but a good knowledge of the IT industry will be considered an asset.

Senior Technical Support Consultant – Ref: AUTSR
GFI is is seeking an experienced, customer focused technical analyst for a hands on technical support based role in our Adelaide office. Responsibilities include supporting customers via phone and email, assisting the sales team in a pre-sales support role and supervising the development of a small team of technicians. Ideal candidate will have an industry related university qualification and 5+ years similar work experience. Must have a proven proficiency with the Microsoft Windows server platform, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server and a strong technical knowledge of the TCP/IP and common networking protocols (SMTP, FTP, HTTP etc). Position requires excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicant must have Australian residency. Preference will be given to candidates that have secondary language skills in Mandarin and Cantonese.
